Where does the name come from? Hip is a common synonym for adjectives like innovative,  stylish, and even knowledgeable, and the noun suffix ette designates a feminine role or identity. When hip and ette are combined Hipette is a noun pronounced hip-et.

Hipettes are smart, sassy, savvy, determined, and creative individuals. They are true to themselves, and consequently better the world. What’s hip is being YOU!
